GitOps Mastery with Argo CD
2 – 13 November 2026 · 7:30 – 9:00 AM IST · 10 live sessions · Mon–Fri

About this workshop
A 10-day live, hands-on GitOps program from 2 to 13 November 2026, Monday to Friday at 7:30–9:00 AM IST. Each session is 30 minutes of concepts followed by a 1-hour guided lab. You'll build Project Phoenix, a complete GitOps delivery platform for a real-world e-commerce app, covering Argo CD, Kustomize, Helm, GitHub Actions CI, security governance, canary releases with Argo Rollouts, and monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana. You finish with a portfolio-ready project running across dev, QA and production.
Why this matters
GitOps is how modern teams ship to Kubernetes: Git becomes the single source of truth, and Argo CD keeps every cluster in sync automatically. Instead of tool demos, you'll practise the workflows real platform teams use: pull-request-based deployments, environment promotion, drift recovery, safe canary releases and automated rollback.
What you'll learn
10 live sessions with daily hands-on labs
Build Project Phoenix end to end
Dev, QA and production environments
Canary releases and automated rollback
